ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Fitness Instructor sets the tone and energy while driving engagement of the Group Class. They engage with members and guests, offering great customer service as people enter and leave the class and gym. Core responsibilities include designing and leading health and wellness programs, and motivating and inspiring participants in class formats, tailored to help members reach their fitness goals. They work with management to organize and deliver health and fitness programs and promotions with an innovative approach to attract new clients. Exceptional customer service and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Member Services Associate sets the tone and energy of the club through excellent customer service as they greet members who enter/depart the gym and make them feel welcomed throughout their stay. The primary responsibilities include new membership sales, renewing memberships of existing members, responding to inquiries, REHAB Bar sales, and proactively maintaining a clean environment through attention to detail and awareness. This role will also partner with the management team to deliver club advertisements, programs, and services. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
